CSLN Learns From States & Shares Program News at NCSEA Annual Conference

The Child Support Lien Network (CSLN) team recently attended the 2014 National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) Annual Conference & Expo, which was held in Portland, OR. As a conference sponsor and exhibitor, CSLN maintained a booth where staff members were able to interact with attendees and develop connections with states not yet involved in the program, while sharing information about what CSLN has to offer. It was exciting to meet with existing state members and hear their success stories face to face!

One of the prevalent themes discussed at the conference's educational workshops included the challenge state child support programs face to cut costs while maintaining service standards and introduce new technology into the industry. CSLN provides innovative solutions to its members in the areas of insurance intercept, life insurance and real property matching, and FIDM. Because CSLN is web based, states can easily implement these services to augment their child support staff resources and increase support for the children and families they serve.
