Stellarware Awarded Contract for Mississippi State Directory of New Hires

The Mississippi Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Field Operations Child Support Program recently awarded Stellarware Corporation a contract to continue operations of its new hire reporting program. Stellarware has operated the Mississippi State Directory of New Hires since July 2010.

Since that time, the Mississippi new hire program has seen tremendous growth in all aspects of the project. Now having processed over 1.1 million records to date, with peak months as high as nearly 58,000 records, Mississippi has also greatly benefited from Stellarware's Outreach Module and campaigns, averaging a 91% electronic reporting rate with a top rate of 94%. The Mississippi Child Support Program "helps to secure financial, medical and emotional support for children and families to empower them to become self-sufficient," according to their website. Stellarware is excited to continue partnering with Mississippi on this important program and provide accurate new hire information that helps lead to increased child support collections.
